  1. Swedish -  One of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body.
  2. Reflexology -  Acupressure and massage to the ears, hands and feet.
  3. Prenatal - Therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother's needs.
  4. Sport - Can be used as a means to enhance pre-event preparation and reduce recovery time for maximum performance during training or after an event.
  5. Trigger Point - Specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release.
  6. Deep Tissue - Uses firm pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle and surrounding tissue; perfect for aches and pains.
  7. Silicone Cupping - Cups are held to the skin using suction in order to stimulate circulation.  Used to relieve muscle pain and inflammation.
